2500Yen in malaysia is RM95.....enough for me eat one fine best Korean Cuisine at Pavillion.  In japan 2500Yen can eat a high class dinner or lunch OR breakfast , lunch , dinner in bento  hahaha

Shinjuku to Harajuku I take Yamanote Line....Just 1 station next only...cost less only...better than need walk 30 minute...unless you wnat walk walk sambil Shopping la...walk down to Yoyogi then walk down again to Harajuku.

From Harajuku walk back up to Yoyogi Oedo Line Station Tehn take Oedo Line Train to Roppongi Station.

Kyoto tour 3D 2N: Acommodation + Shinkansen

How's this tour looks to you guys? 3 days 2 nights in Kyoto + Shinkansen return Tokyo-Kyoto for 25,500 yen. Worth it or not? That's about RM1k. I'm going with a friend of mine. Any possible package?

I booked two nights at Oak Hotel, Taito-ku. Got good review. What do you think? Very near Akihibara and TGS. If this hotel nice, gonna book it after Kyoto trip.

Here's my basic itinerary:

17-18: Staying at Oak Hotel, Taito-ku. Gonna explore Disneyland.
19-21: Kyoto time!
21-28: Back in Tokyo. Tokyo Game Show. Accommodation: Depends if Oak Hotel is ok, then I just continue stay there.

It's good if you can bring around a guidebook or a printout of the place you want to go. Also, when you arrive in Tokyo, look for the Station's office and they'll usually have this Guide for Tourists in English with all the more popular spots and a map in it. This applies to all major tourists area. Using that guide, you can then simply point and ask if you're lost.

As tatsuyachiba said, most younger generation Japanese can speak English or at least understand basic English. Everyone in my office can speak english(I'm the only gaikokujin here). So, try using simple english, word-by-word and you'll just get the message across.
