Just want to ask a question:
While I was in Japan, I hardly hear phone's ring tone, is it because Japanese mainly set them to silent mode?

Apple is popular for tourist package to Japan loh.
One good thing to go with tour is visa = got people help handle. If free and easy sure have to DIY lah. And during the custom in Japan, I was questioned like a suspect, because I come travel to Japan alone. I still remember that girl ask me got bring drug or not... aikh... really nervous and dissapointed T.T but in the end i tell the truth and she let me go weeeeee |

QUOTE(matt85 @ May 24 2009, 05:46 PM) Hahahaha yeah you're right. I've forgotten the McD price there, yet i remember they serve milku there !! Ya Yurikamome is a bit pricey hahah.Once in a lifetime on Yurikamome, dont care about the price ler Is it just me, as i don't like Odaiba much; it's like a circus (excluding the Marine Park) I think Odaiba is nice leh, quite fun... got beach, got the water bus, got the ferris wheel, got the megaweb, got the venus fort, got the rainbow bridge + fake statue of liberty... got the Fuji TV... XD can see many things lah in a place... but if got koibito or go there for date maybe twice or triple the fun because that place is quite a good place for dating. I also walk alone until night, see all couple and I was like hitori bocchi... sabishii ne..... fast fast run away. ya man, McD serves milk. QUOTE(tanoshi @ Sep 6 2009, 02:04 AM) Chamaro! Tanoshi-san, you know her? Kawaii ne! Taipu!![]() QUOTE(Kiraneko @ Sep 7 2009, 12:30 PM) Hey all, I'm going to Tokyo on the 17th - 22nd for my honeymoon, plane tix, hotel booking, visas all taken care of, I'd like to ask the people here on and recommendations for food in Tokyo area, good restaurants that are not too costly for the authentic Japanese food that you cannot find in Malaysia like ramen, oden, yakiniku and definitely kobe beef. The best restaurant I found by research online charges 20k-30k yen for kobe beef steak, I'm sure there are better options? Especially the small stores that don't have websites/didn't get blogged about. Omedetou! And have fun ne in Japan! Also since hubby and I are pretty much into the otaku scene, we'll definitely visit Akiba. So if there's any good food outlets in Akiba, do let me know. =D Thanks in advance. Also any particular otaku shop that's a "must visit"? Oh one more thing, anyone know the best courier/mail service to mail stuff back to Malaysia? I don't want to lug too much luggage back (expect to buy a lot of stuff) Watashi will take JLPT level 2 test. Taihen ne. Ganbarimasu! This post has been edited by jayhan: Sep 9 2009, 11:26 AM |

QUOTE(tanoshi @ Nov 11 2009, 07:40 PM) Konnichiwa... okagesama de genki desu yo QUOTE(audreyreiko @ Nov 12 2009, 03:31 PM) It's not because they're pretter than malaysian gurls, they just know how to make themselves appear cute/pretty. Sou desu ne, they are exposed to meiku at very young age. Last time my school also doing student exchange too, few japs are coming and i saw a girl and i was like what the heck she putting up mascara at school???Last time my host family's daughter always make-up whenever we go out. And she's only like 15. And she's the kind that is super active in sports. You'd think that girls who are very active in sports here don't normally pay that much attention to their appearence. Not that they don't, just not that much. But over there it is a norm, and it is consider good manners that you make-up when you go out and meet people. So the gurls there already have uber skillz when they are young adults. This post has been edited by jayhan: Nov 15 2009, 11:09 PM |

Hi anyone, ohisashiburi. Ano, actually I had been like "It would be good if in the future, I get a chance to work and reside in Japan" kind of target. But seriously I don't know how to make this dream closer. Well now just try to learn as much Japanese as I could and keep up with Japan design industry (I'm a web designer). I can learn a lot of things working in Japan as I'm really impress with their design skill and philosophy.
Well, just had a question who are living and working in Japan like Tanoshi-san, PsyCHZZZ-san, musha-san etc, what's your thoughts on living and working in Japan? Please share your experience. Onegai Shimasu :3. |
