most probably laser cut or water jet cut
send to shop to do it?? along with ur design of course ^^

I wonder if I can use a pen knife to cut it but it will take ages or even damage on the process... and of course it more hard to get a clear clean cut.

Pen Knife or Normal Cutter cant do that ...

You see all the details and those curves ... If use Hand .... you will scream and banging your head ... Hahaha

diamond cutter? can use to cut thick acrylic plastic..

it's laser cut work .. .look at the edge of the wording and u would know..

if it's hand cut the edge surface would be cacat and need lots of hand sanding work to get it smooth ...

there is a shop at Leisure Mall cheras that do laser cutting on acrylic loh ..

my cousin did her project with acrylic as well ... they'll cut it out for you, with the AutoCAD design ... the rate is around RM 8.00 per minute i think

the tool below can use to cut acrylic

yeah chopping saw can use to cut the arcylic..but the result wont be like TS shown

after cutting a line, your hand need to rest for a week.

but still a good one to do a simple design cutting

it will take ages to get the acrylic cut and lots of energy spend on it loh ..

nice design,hope got people can teach us here how to cut a simple design by using simple thing like knife or special knife for cutting,nice lan party design,huhu

no need rest a week la. awhile ok la.

Choose either of this..
Laser cut = pricy +nice
Manual cut = cheap +maybe not so cun..

dremel is a brand famous for is rotary tools.

it is impossible to get nice cutting edge and also require a lot of yr time
trust me still need to use laser tool to cut
very fast and expensive
depend on the design more curve more $$$

awesome, any shop that can do it in kl area. is it expensive?
