Hey bro, was wondering to take this course also from HELP, but I'm foundation student from UCTI, the staff there said UOL programme is only elligible for students from HELP only, or from A-level, STPM, etc.

Is it true? Can u help me clarify this matter? Many thanks, my number is 016-3094070.
