Help Me Overclock My amd 4600+ 2.4g, overclock

Hey guys... I recently just get facinated by overclock... I`m new in this as I just started to discover it few month ago...
I have a AMD Athlon 4600+ 2.4Gh cpu on a ECS MCP61PM-HM motherboard. I read that it is posible to overclock to 2.7Gh, I only manage to bump it up to 2.5 using Nvidia Device Setting... Please Help me, just trying to understand more about overclocking... Thank in advance. |

bro..try lower ur RAM timing or FSB:RAM ratio. Then if u wan higher stable clock, u might need to up ur Vcore voltage..but tat might shorten the life of ur processor...
