i have cornell dvd player, the silver-colored version without hdmi output..

so far i'm impressed with the player as it can read avi files direct from thumbdrive or portable hdd... alternately, you can also burn avi files into a dvd and it will still read it well...

since it cannot play mp4 and rmvb, normally i will convert them into avi first..
