There are so many shoplots development in Puchong, mainly I guess from IOI, and SPSetia as well. Can someone enlighten me on the differences in the shoplots there, ie price, location, l/f hold etc.? I know it's a bit too much, but some overview would be greatly appreciated.

There's so many commercial developments in Puchong, but the booming ones are Puchong Jaya (opposite IOI mall) and Bandar Puteri (around Giant).

Setia Walk might be another booming area... In all these areas expect to pay a few million a shophouse

Best thing is to call an agent who specializes in the area and ask them to show you around.
