I've got my bank loan approved and the old car passed JPJ & Puspakom inspection. It has been weeks now but Proton is yet to issue the RM5k voucher. The SA said there's a long queue in Proton. Dunno how true it is. 
about this scrap system, i want to ask something. if the loan was approve 90% from the selling price, which is about 41K, the d/p is around 4.2K, then the voucher they use as d/p or what? 5K -4.2K, balance they give us?
