about the alignment, need to do if change sport rims or sport springs. Have to buy alignment skru, can ask from the alignment shop. if u rajin, can buy from lelong.com, RM12 only.

can we use bitumen tape to do soundproof, I saw in hardware store one role of bitumen tape cost only 15.00.

I did my 20k service, thats I wouldn't call a major service. Just change oil, oil filter and drain plug gasket. very quick. change my window switch . inside manual they should check a lot of things but they didn't.

my iafm start to kong yesterday, tak tak tak sound soo loud in the morning, after jalan sound hilang. went to sc today order. have to waitlah, Q again. they will call me after they receive the iafm. the boy also show me what make that sound. alot of iafm they change already. but the car still can jalan only the fc might be diffrent a bit and that tak tak tak sound.

I also try to figure out what make that sound before went to sc, but I found something else. see the pic, one extra OXY sensor under the engine right side. Not use kah. our bm only use single OXY sensor....

OXY sensor after cat, why they didnt use it, it should give more accurate reading for more accurate fc. My iafm 1st time failed.

nothing wrong with hard plactic. it only an intake manifold combind togather with emission control. still remember old school intake + emission control, use a lot of small hoses and a lot of valves. modern style is sensors and a plastic with vacum passage that will control the intake fuel/air going into combustion chamber. The tak tak tak sound is a valve either kong or sensors kong or just a vacum bocor somewhere in the emission system. I did asked the boy at the SC to open the iafm but they dont dare to, have to returned one unit.
Only BOSH have the technican that can solve the problem, try to google , I tried already. Not much info about how it works.

most of us here I belive just read only, reading and waiting for sifu answer some question....
me, still waiting SC call to change my iafm. now drive my old kancil, malas to hear the tak tak tak sound.

cannot be RM600 lah. fm the manual they will only change oil, oil filter and coolent. make sure u bring you book with u. u sit there reading the manual and asking question about parts that they will change. tell them dont change if not need to change. I did that when I do my 20 K service. if not, everything also they want to change.
