rm50 average 300++km??

is it normal?

i kinda shock with saga FC.....

latest test, try run from PD to klang using old road......
rm30 can go 200km...( refuel at first blinking then almost reach 200kn at first blinking )

speed?just press whenever the road clear, whenever i've to overtake other car, accelerate when lite turns red...
average speed 100-120km/h.....
when it reach 140km/h it really not comfortable....

aiyoh........ .... gotta spare much money to save getting ivtec.............

RM50 for 300+KM FC normal or not...depends on how old is your ride and how many time u service
the more u service...the better the FC...this car is definitely weird
RM30 for 200 is not bad....RM10 for 70KM
mine can go at least 440KM for full tank...now i think can go further

That's the same incident that I am facing. My car is almost 1 months ++ going to 2 months in 2 weeks time. Now it's around near to minimum level when it cools down. After start the car it raises to almost middle between max and min line. I haven't service my car yet coz my mileage is just only 400++KM. What did Proton replace your parts? The service person checked my car said no sign of leakage in every part of my engine. This is so weird. I went to my SC like 4-5 times because of this matter. =.=

Ohh ok..now I get it. Coz when I see my mom's Myvi the power steering fluid didn't even moved at all. But our Saga got like boiling water. Next 2 weeks my car is already 2 months. So by that time I should had went for my 1st service. I already went to my SC 4-5 times because I saw a decline in Power Steering fluid. But they found no sign of any leakage in my entire engine. Hope they can resolve this problem when I went for my 1st service.

did u check if it's in MAX or MIN when u get the car?
should be at max but some member say it's in MIN
so now assume it's min lah....u fill it to max now
see if it drops to min back in a short period.....if it does...it's leaking and u have prove of it..say u refill it and it falls to min within weeks

When I get the car 1st day, its sightly above maximum level. But just in matter of 1 week, it decline like below the maximum level 0.3 cm. Then after like almost 2 weeks it's like around in middle. So I went to SC there. They check for me but no leakage. Then they filled up the power steering fluid and place a mark there. They say go find them back if it is just minimum level. But after 2 weeks later it dropped to middle line again. Coz my mom a bit scare so go back SC again but they cannot do anything. Until now I don't want to go SC ad. Wait for my 1st service only go. That I can let them see the proof that it is around minimum level ad.

140 not comfortable? its quite ok wat...depends on road condition... maybe because of 15' tyre

for fc i dont expect much for this car...

it's definitely the steering rack leaking like previous member
maybe your SC dn't know how to deal with this problem yet...lol
but if he say no leakage is kinda weird already....steeing fluid doesn't decline so fast just like that....should be able to hold for several service without any decrease at all

but my car is not very good in crosswind
if no crosswind...travel fast no problem...super smooth...no rattle
if have crosswind....the car seems unstable

When they check I purposely eye on them checking every part of the engine. Can specifically tell me where is the steering rack located? Next time when go 1st service I better tell them where is the location so they can help me check properly. I think my SC don't want me to claim for new parts gua. Headache leh.

agree.....they dn't want to order it and especially install it for u which take long time
try other sc instead

yeah maybe they give themselves more time to avoid headache replacing the steering rack...hhuhu...

fren i wonder k&n drop in air filter gen2 can fit in our saga...some ppl said we to trim the thing to fit in, trim the plastic around it? is it easy to do?

nope 15 only...16inch, im afraid would lose pickup power...15' inch feels much more stable and it sticks to the road better when comparing to 14 inch...

yeah, when I send to SC they also said no leaking... they say 'kereta baru no leaking laa' but now its going bad, have to fill each week until above maximum level then at end of week, its below minimum level..
just made appointment with Cheras(Desa Tun Razak) SC this Monday.. wonder what will they say..

my advice to you, wait till 1k service and make sure the oil steering level is below the minimum level then show them.. (for sure it got leaking and they have to do replacement of the rack).

my advice: change SC. at the same time, complain to that SC saying that the previous SC useless, bluff to them that u got a fren come to this SC, and this SC very efficient..boost them up and they will feel happy working for u.

cuz i heard some sound when i close the back door just now.....close slowly no sound...close abit harder can hear that sound
