Yea, nothing is free. I just sent my car for its 1st service last Saturday. The guy at the counter told me they will help me to wash my car before returning it to me. Apparently it's not free as they charged me for "screenwash 300ml".

screen wash is not car wash. screen wash is for ur widescreen, they pour it into the reservoir so that the water nozzle will spray this screen wash rather than just water. and u can clean ur widescreen easier and cleaner.
car wash is still car wash.

Yeap as NicJolin puts it screenwash is not car wash. You can opt not to change screenwash if you seldom (or never) use it, just tell the SC will do. Save you some bucks at least. There're quite some SC that provide free carwash after service =) |

I am aware that screenwash is not car wash. In my case, it wasn't an option as they have already charged me for it. I only realized after I've paid the bill. It's really a way for the SC to earn quick bucks. For the next service, I've to inform the SC not to add in unnecessary charges in my bill.
