[WTA] Kaspersky software activation code sales, why they are closed?

What I mean is those Kaspersky Internet Security and Antivirus, the sellers which provide only the activation keys at much cheaper price than retail. May I know what are the reasons behind, is it because the keys are generated or fake? I bought 2 before and they still work.

Easy answer. They are selling it cheaper cos it's not original.
