i'm using 5920g 8600M GT

overheats very bad but performance is okay.
i use a laptop cooler but sometimes even no use.

like playing NFS Pro Street last time, Laptop can just auto boot because too hot.

anyone know the latest drivers to update the fan settings etc for the laptop ?

my acer gemstone 8600mGT running fine since 2007.

i regularly take out the cover and check for dust but it's clean.

it's hot at the top area of the laptop and overheats very fast but never kong and performance not too bad

sometiems if overuse, it will shut down due to overheating.

what was your usage on the 8600mgt 5920 gemstone like?

back in the day i played prostreet NFS and that caused my system to crash

after that i just played dota and starcraft one but i ventilate using a NC2000 cooler. i think its coolermaster

ah yes, my bad. nc2000 cooler master
although thenc3000 would be a better choice. it's way bigger as compared to the nc2000 which was indicated for 15.4"

i didn't get the chance to measure coz i got a family member to ship it to me from malaysia. i was overseas at that time.
