Is that what to provide student ID if we switch to hotlink youth club?

I call the cs to change my basic plan to youth club plan, but the cs say now cannot change to youth club plan already, you have to buy a new simpack.
Is that true?

Thats mean now i am hotlink basic plan, if i want to change to HYC, go to port to another teleco, and then port into hotlink, then it will automatically convert to hyc?

I already go to maxis center, they say they cannot help at all, by the way they say only KL do this kind of service, while Ipoh no, WHT, all maxis center is not same?
Already call the customer service, this conversion to HYC no more already, have to buy a new simpack.
What I can do is try to port into other teleco 1st, then port in back to hotlink and ask for HYC, see they can change it to me or not.

Maxis help you to automatically convert it? It is unbelievable.

You can buy a new jyc simpack even your are over 25 age and the call plan is hyc, no change at all

Already send the IC number, but no message reply back

Already check the balance and also the validity date, still remain the same

Already try 5 or more time, nothing change


Is that the system deduct your account balance but they didn't allow you to switch to youth club plan?

My credit didn't deduct however I cannot switch to HYC plan perhaps I have register 3 HYC on my name so the system don't allow me to switch?
