Hi bro, is there any charges or condition when you register yours? Or anyone can just walk in the shop and register? I will become 25 soon and working now, my student card date has expired. Really hope to register my Hotlink to HYC.

think they sud really put more effort in this HYC thingie le! they made this plan but they dun follow it up well enough! the maxis centres n roadshows r not bringing out their responsibilities well and definitely not collaborating with the information given in the website!

MAXIS S**KSS!!

I guess perhaps their plan is too "low cost", so they do not invest much on it...

By the way, is there any charges for calling 1300820120?

Hmm thinking of converting my Digi to HYC for 4 years due to cheap rates.

Anyway, now HYC comes with RM2/hour (100MB limit) and RM8/day (500MB limit) for internet surfing.
http://www.hotlinkyouthclub.com.my/modules/rates/rates.asp

RM2/hour plan seems good for me as i don't think I'll use phone to surf for long time.

well im not sure if calling CS still works but if you don't have student ID then maxis centre definitely can't help
*
I read from HYC TnC stated conversion from other hotlink plan to HYC is not possible now. However you may give CS a call to try.
If you are using other telco, I believe you can port into Hotlink then ask for HYC.

HYC mobile internet so cheap...

only rm2 for 1hour = 500mb

RM2 is for 1 hour / 100mb (whichever comes first).
RM8 is for 1 day / 500mb (whichever comes first).

I think now they only require IC. Student ID not needed anymore. But there are some place still need student ID.

Added on September 14, 2009, 12:00 amIs HYC the best plan now for those 25 year old and below? I'm looking if have other better alternatives than HYC.

Currently Digi Campus plan not bad too, but their requirements is kinda strict and not everyone can apply for it.

Hi all, just want to confirm will HYC credit expiry date "expire" once we are over 25? Or it will stay there for 4 years before expire.

As I checked UOX plan, there mentioned no expiry until 25, which I assume after 25 it credit expiry will revert back to normal.

UOX expire until 25. HYC is 4 years validity see the difference.

So means if u active HYC at age 25 it will expire when ure 29

Thanks bro, seems like my only choice now is HYC. Now using up all my credits before switch tongue.gif

I don't use caller tunes, as long as they don't enable any feature that will deduct my credit im fine tongue.gif

Hi all, I just ported to Hotlink today. They give me 16k sim card. Do they usually give 16k sim card only for porting?
Then can I use GPRS, EDGE and 3G on 16k sim card?

Thanks.
