You get what i mean. This is malaysia to argue u need evidence. There was once i had a case with maxis regarding my callery ringtones. I even print screen the message then write down the name person i talked to with time/date and even record the conversation. Because i have a case to argue they gave me free 15 caller ringtones. Now my caller ringtones are RM3 for 15 songs then the new plan was 1 song RM2.

yerp...i complained just for "giving them run for my money" & for leisure...haha.... it cost me only an email though... i actually just want to kacau them... of course i been there to eat & socialize with my friend la...but i also notice that from their website got roadshow there...haha....so i was looking where was that so-called "roadshow".... 3 peoples & a booth can call roadshow haa ??

Call to customer service is charged 30cents per min. And u have to call a few times before they can solve the problem. Port to hotlink youth club after may? Nobody in Maxis knows about this. Luckily I moved to youthclub before June. I tried to port another number after May and nobody in Maxis knew about this. None of them had read their web site. I think even the developer of the website had not read it rclxub.gif

The line is also bad. Sometimes the voice from the other side is not clear. When I port to Celcom, the line is consistent and clear. Customer service is not that good but at least it is free.

But now I port into hotlink again because of youthclub. The only reason I use maxis is the cost of the call 12 cents which is cheap. smile.gif

i love digi support never give me many problem and usually their solution or reason is acceptable.

I wonder how much does hotlink charge if i use house phone to call their hotline

yea agree with u they sud really buckle up on the training for their staffs especially the customer service!

too much complain about maxis lately....
my HYC line also always drop...
and sms alway lost.. and after it reach the destination always 2-3hours late!

I had called the customer service a few times and had wasted more than rm20 for this cry.gif
