hi guys can i still convert my old hotlink no to youth club?

i already call them but they still dont want to convert for me -.-||
they told me tat about the youth promotion for old no is expired then purchase new simpack la blar blar

do i still need to call them until they charge it for me?? any ideas pls

finally i got my conversion...at first when i called a malay guy told me that the hotlink youth club promotion for old no is already expired bla bla bla...then second time i called, a malays girl picked up and told me to give her my name, ic, place of study n more...she told me that the conversion will be done within 3 working days 

i hav a hotlink num which haven register, but it s not HYC, can i jus convert it to HYC when register?? coz the guy in ioi mall very LCLY, state oli pack wif HYC sticker can register as HYC

Manage to successfully port from Digi to Hotlink just now. Going to call CS later and ask them to convert to HYC. Will they ask for student ID? If they do, can i hantam one or will they check with the relevant educational institute?

i called 1300-820-120 for conversion but they said the promotion has ended for current users. I can only join through MNP or buy a new sim pack.

the indian guy said even if he willing to help me to register, the admin department ppl will deny the form/application.

he asked me to put in the feedback in the website as the more feedback it is...the company will maybe revert back and take our complain into consideration.

actually i went to maxis centre KLCC..and they told me the same thing as current user cannot convert but need to buy a new sim pack
