I'm studying form 6 and I don't have a Student ID.
I called the maxis center and they asked for it. Can someone please help me? Do they check the Student ID after we gave it? Or can I just bluff him with anything ID I have....?

Just bring your school name tag? U can show him your IC with your age what.

i dont think so.. the wesite clearly stated that it is for 13-25..
u cant be a college student at the age of 13 right..

Erm, i just called maxis cust care. They allowed me to change to HYC.

Dont need the hassle of porting. SO easy?

Mine will be activated in 7 days


And if i dont read this thread, i wont even know i can port to HYC because the Hotlink website clearly wrote that i have to buy a new sim pack if i want to use HYC

maxis is a telco which will try to earn money in everyway they can..
correct me if im wrong..
i dont understand why they charge for calling customer service while other small telco like umobile and xox do not charge..

not all are lucky to change to HYC via maxis cust care..

i am current hotlink prepaid user, and if i want to change to hotlink youth club, i have to buy a new sim pack...then, how bout the balance and hotlink point? can transfer ?

customer service is better at night for me and I'm just called them once n got converted d

when u convert all points and credit stays in your account even new or converted accounts

how many days it took u to convert??

if current hotlink user above 25? is it possible to convert to HYC by call 1300820120?

but some of them can buy a new one even they are above 25..
