VID is default "stock" volt, while vcore is the value you set.
or
seperate voltage supply to IMC & CPU.

you mean HTT multiplier? see CPUZ, HTT link speed = bus speedxHTT Multiplier
as long you keep it around 1000 then it's fine

memory SPD 400MHz means DDR800, may different for some mobo BIOS.
check with other sifu here that use sama mobo. if DDR800 all the way your OC maybe limited by RAM (depend chip & quality, not totally brand)
