@ktek u familiar with AMI bios rite.... why is it my core vid is 1.325v but my vcore is 1.45v....

It was technologies... just trick to drop multi and vcore... when idle..
If the c&q doesn't affect your computing such as weird play in game... just use it.. it save electric... cpu life time...
if u care about performance or overcloking... it should be disable... That's all

CnQ is js a tech for power saving, but normally when i ply game i will disable it, coz the program(game) still not 100% make it run at the top speed,
sometime run at lower speed then the game will laggy..
so basically i oni use CnQ when not gaming..
no F3 ar..

dun worry bro, using CnQ if chip die can go RMA, if OC die thn no RMA, u dare to OC no dare use CnQ

how bout try w/ older version of bios? i was able to use aod when i was on 790gx a2+, imo it clocks better than 128M. aod 2.1.4 confirmed can't work w/ 1/13/09 bios. 
if i'm in ya case i'll try out several bios b4 smashin d board into pieces. 

no matter how lousy a 7750B.E is, 2.9GHz is almost certain achievable imo. 
cpu config is useful only on high htt oc, d one posted by polygon (rh admin) was w/ 5k+ b.e, not so sure it's useful for phenom/phenom2 but i never bothered to use it even when i had 9550. 
7750 is dual core phenom bro. 
yup, aod voltage adjustment aint workin in 128M & gx3 w/ recent bios.
