I'm doing 3.2 with 1.35 vcore. ACC +4%, the rest at stock. Cant seems to reach 3.3 even with 1.45v

I was trying 15.5 x 21x
Will try to tweak some other settings next time. Finding a sweet spot for 3.2

3.2 is quite flexible for me, can do 16multi or 15x215
Try to enable your ACC and try

Can burn your both processor and GPU, literally
