how much is ur temp now..guess around 55c?

I'm also the same..stop at 1.5v due to high vcore and also temp problem.

ya thats true.. as long as the vCORE is adjusted frm the stock 1 consider endanger

but for oc propose, we will consider the 'endanger' frm the point of view of the temp and the vCORE for the chip,

where as we always said, as long as u keep ur chip in good temp, u can increase some vCORE for ur chip,

but for 24/7 usage normally we not recommend more then 1.5v ;
but if u can really keep ur chip in a low low low temp, then u may try higher vCORE for higher clock.. (macam verdict, he wan do 1.6v )

but as xixo told, sometime vCORE too high also cnt get stable, may coz by the HEAT of the too high vCORE..

and wat we do or we wan do is with lowest vCORE to get the highest clock

So, the so called "good temp for 24/7" is around? 45c?

for me, honestly i would say cpu 100% loaded temp below 60c is consider good temp. (*this is not for 45nm chip, as 45nm chip suppose lower then this)

if loaded not over 60c idle will around 30-40c i thk...

Yes, it's true. I'm in that stat. Load around 55c idle around 36c

by choosing mulplier....and damaged AMD knw rite?

da CnQ.....shot da voltage back to normal...then straight throtle again....haha

nope...da CnQ function...it follow your usage when u r on IDLE status it will throtle...but at my situation were...da usage are sometimes sky high for few sec then pop down to 0% usage...so i wonder will it damage da proc...if da voltage naik dan turun

Maybe you can use some software to check and see if your proc is running when the proc throttle.

its js normal case there, when running on CnQ, u can see the usage 100% when u js simply open a program, aft that it will goes bec to idle, js a second..

this is call CnQ wat.. goes to max when loaded, goes to min when idle, if it cnt naik turun naik turun itu yang problem tuu...
