I've bought a bike from Carrefour. Quality is not very good but suitable for normal 1-2 hrs daily cycling activity (max). It is totally not suitable for hardcore cardio.
Now it is sleeping at home as I really find it difficult to cycle even for 30 minutes continuously at home (with a lot of interference, same old environment etc). But it is not difficult. It is just a matter setting up your mind. Once upon a time I've used my exercise bike to reduce 20KG until by bike broke down (old bike bought from Carrefour. Broke down due to hardcore use)
