Hi, I'm planning to hook up a PS3 to a 1080p projector for gaming. The native aspect ratio is 16:9 (1920 x 1080). Do you know if I can change to play on widescreen ratio of 2.35:1 (1920 x 817)?

Thanks for all the replies. Sorry, I was away for a while so didn't update.
Why I'm asking is because I'm thinking of gettting a 2.35:1 screen (so that when watching movies have less letterboxing). So if the PS3 cannot support 2.35:1 then I think I better get the normal 16:9 screen. This post has been edited by jchong: Mar 31 2009, 03:27 PM |
