I had unsuccessful deal with tis lyn last month(27thFeb friday night) interested to buy his N82 http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=949058&hl= and instead i banked
him rm950 nextday. I canceled the deal and asked for refund on 4thmarch(wed 2.00pm)
bcoz of i still no receiving the item from him tat i wonder it should take within 2-3days to reach here .
I called him and asked y i still haven receive my item, he gave me reason tat the poslaju reject to send the phone bcoz alot lost phone cases and he will post by other express . Luckily i refused the deal and asked for refund.
He returned rm450 on 5th Mar and the rest rm500 on 12th Mar 9pm. Afterthat no contact him anymore.
Until now, i still keeping his sms on my phone as evidence and the bank slip as well. The reason i din
report tis happen to Lyn bcoz i tot he has many succesful trade list and good reputation somemore,
addtional i had pm the previous dealers who ever deal with him and they all no hav problem with the deal.
So i no go mention it again, who knows... . Just share my story here.
