If the police would read this whole-thread thingy, I bet it's more-than-enough to be a solid proof to get Cheong Chan Wah. Think out of the box, this thread has been bundled with lotsa different posts and replies from different victims. The police department should have know that "Cheong Chan Wah" is famous in many of their records on con-man cases among these years. Wasn't it the right time to hunt him down provided with every single details about him? The police isn't doing anything. Like you guys said, backup with few more members to hunt him in his hse. Or maybe u guys can considered about getting a member to COD him and get the police to caught him up at the scene. And much much more including recording at his COD transaction without his knowing to collect "more" solid proof. This dude is really pathetic and I felt pity for his mom to have such a kid.
