hi guys.. creating a journal to keep with teh progress and to motivate me..

age : 24

weight :100kg

height :178cm

target :95


workout plan..

no fancy stuf just regular stuf

everyday schedule except weekend

jogging 2.5 kilometer

jumping jack : 330

piggyback people weight : 94kg 150pump, 150second hold

climbing up the stair with piggyback 94kg : 4th floor up and down.

diet plan.

i dont know how to plan my food, can somebody help me..

right know.. im eating heavy during my brunch only.. after that just fruit and oat..

but the cut is slow..

oh and im training for tug of war game.. but my fitness is my priority..

during my glory days im only 75kg and play rugby.. now veary heavy..

good luck bro...and you should spend some time to sneak the stickies......there lotsa stuff you can learn there...
