diet plan.
i dont know how to plan my food, can somebody help me..
right know.. im eating heavy during my brunch only.. after that just fruit and oat..
but the cut is slow..
oh and im training for tug of war game.. but my fitness is my priority..
during my glory days im only 75kg and play rugby.. now veary heavy..
