I'm currently hunting for a place to stay... would probably say for long term and/ or short term..

Actually i've been hunting for this apartment in kelana jaya/ ara damansara Diaman Crimson... but would also like to hear some professional advice regarding the reselling value, rental, traffic etc...

In addition, i also read some of the thread stating that studio apartment are popular nowadays... budget is rm200k and below...

location wise.. hmmmm... thinking of batu tiga, SJ, PJ, Sri Petaling... hopefully it fitted my budget still.. hehe

anyway... would seriously need all the advice from the experience individual.. thx heaps

diaman crimson, are u staying there now? 'cos the traffic congestion is worsen especially for the past few months. The shortest route to go to PJ area (via underneath NKVE) are clogging everytime i go there except late nite. Or u can take the other way, old subang airport road.

I heard around that place, a few housing developments mushrooming now, don't know how MBPJ planning dept going to solve the traffic problem.

Maybe other forummers staying there will give u a better views.

u should have plenty of choices if batu tiga, SJ, PJ etc suit u.

i'm staying in klang now.. but working in PJS...

mushrooming.. i like that word...

looking into SJ most.. but the prices are far far away from what i can afford... where do u staying now?

what is your budget actually? how about those in USJ Goodyear Court?

hehe, i am staying in brickfields, i know Diaman Crimson because i used to visit my relative there, she is staying Diaman Ria, opposite Crimson.

My budget .. hmmm.. would say nothing more than rm200k..

Look at the newspaper and u will have up-to-date answer.

She would like to hear professional opinion. lol. U can check newspaper for ad. You might not find the answer but it one of the good starting.

and and and.. what caught me the most now is D'aman Crimson and this Indahria Apartment / condo next to carlsberg...

i'm referring to those people who's in the property field.. know many bout property investment lo.. hehe
