Probably is only me, I feel the Movie figure is looking like alien and nothing close to the original transformer... I probably only get Bumblebee for ROTF line up.

Huhu... got myself a bumblebee at TRU Queesbay Penang. I think there should be Premium version of Soundwave as I felt the grey color of Soundwave look great if it is shining silver...

Hasbro toy quality is vary from one to another. So do an inspection before you buy. I have to inspect one by one in TRU until I find one BB which has the least scratch in the door. TakaraTomy has every unit of their toy inspect for quality before release for sales. So basically there should not be a lot of different between Hasbro and TakaraTomy if you able to find a good Hasbro toy. Of course, TakaraTomy might tweak some paint to toy but overall should not be a lot of different if you do not look in too detail.
After looking at the story line posted, I think if there are premium version release, most likely will be Leader class Optimus Prime, Megatron, Voyager Starscream, Deluxe Soundwave. I hope there will be premium version of Ironhide (I like black version better)... |

Hey, I saw Sideswipe, Sideway, Knockout and a lot of ROTF toy in Animetech of Ipoh Parade. Not sure they are knockoff version or from hasbro though. But some of the packaging there do look like knockoff version. The scout class and activators were sold at RM20 at that shop...

Well... you can wait till Movie 3 out, then there will be new OP again...
I think there will be no Premium version coming out... I feel Hasbro is going to put their effort in Human Alliance Series rather than Premium. |
