i second that, RM 600 psf can get plenty of choices in Suasana Loft, right there in KL Sentral. 2 mins walk to the main transportation hub. Beat that!

speaking of it, upon completion, this building is gonna block the nice scenic KL view from my balcony sad.gif luckily KLCC is still visible.
