I'm a dental student in Indonesia, Sumatera Utara. (if you are researching, you know which uni I'm talking about) There are quite a big number of us (malaysians) in this place, about 90% indians, 10% chinese, malay and bumiputeras studying in medic and dental faculty.she is hardworking type..1st year ok...2nd year she notice her frenz didnt study at all
but score higher than her..after a few investigation, she found out that these students
buy final exam paper from the lecturer..so what for she study that hard if final exam paper

Most of us did not know what were we getting ourselves into until we start our semesters here. Most of us were deceived by agencies' sweet talk.
What you said is totally true. This semester is super difficult for us to study as issues like "question papers got stolen" , "lecturer selling exam papers to students" and "blame it all on malaysians" are happening. This has been going on and on and on, names will always be called to the assistant dean's office and a whole series of tormenting questionairs and treacheries and lectures and mocking will be inflicted on us...
The local students here are usually 16 to 17 yr old when they enrolled into semester 1 (there are also those who are beyond that age) so, it's like you're going to school all over again dealing with teenage problems, sometimes u feel like they are a bunch of immature brats.
Expect backstabbing and racism, expect treachery from doctors (lecturers) and also local senior students.
It's difficult to explain everything here...
My piece of advise: If i can turn back time, I'd rather pay extra 50-100k and study dentistry in malaysia. The standard here is too bad, It's more mentally and physically challenging to study here as foreigners as well due to weather and hygiene and the mindsets of people here.
