this is what happened. the FIRST time we partition the hdd for bootcamp, as u know OSX creates a partition to install windows on it. so we go ahead n install windows, blablabla, everything went fine.
but when one day we decide to Merge as a Single Partition, somehow the merging didnt delete some data stuck at the bootcamp partition. im not familiar with the technicalities, but it's something like we have some leftover files stuck at where the bootcamp partition was. we do stil end up with a single partition though.
because of this stuck leftover data, we get that error. those 'files cannot be moved' are referring to those data.
sometimes defragging works for some reason. the only sure-fire way i know to fix this is to clone ur system to an external HDD, erase the internal hdd, and clone back.
the weird thing i notice is that this occurs a lot more on bootcamp 3.0. i only got it a few times in bootcamp 2.0, and i NEVER got it during the beta +_+
