I'm selling female apparel here on lowyat.. Then one day, someone expressed his wishes to purchase a dress for his gf. He kept delaying payment but really wanted it so I turned down the other buyers. The dress is RM 40. Someone else here owed him money (I happen to know her as well). So he asked her to bank in the change of RM 12 to my account. So I received the RM 12 but am still waiting for the remainder.

So the question is, should I continue keeping it for him or forfeit his deposit (in other words makan) and proceed to sell the dress to someone else?

The deposit is on Jan 09 but till today no respond.So,it's up to u to decide.

No reply how to refund? o.0 If ffk, deposit won't be returned leh.. So if I paid you RM 1 for an RM 50 item, you won't sell it until you can refund it to me?

if he doesnt respond and u don't want to use forbidden money, just donate it to NSTP gaza...then proceed to sell it to other people...cause 2 months is too long to reserve something.

give him dateline and refund the money back to him/her after dateline finish if still cant contact then they dont want the money kua...but better juz reserved the money to refund back...as i know u r trustable seller here
