If you book a full fare ticket and find out there is a cheaper full fare now, i have no comment. But to grab a cheap promo ticket, it's about timing and opportunity, if you want to secure it early, you should expect there might be cheaper option later.

After all, I think we buy the promo ticket when we think the price is ok for us. I don't see any problem le.
