Hi guys, we are putting our effort to develop something which is part of our Malaysia identity.. for the iPhone Apps.. We hoping you guys can give us support before the actual launching of the game... We are planning to create an iPhone Congkak Craze.. Yes.. is Free.. All we need is Malaysian support and like our page in facebook.. Rojak Mobile EntertainmentWe will keep u updated on our development progress.. Currently we are doing the graphics and some programming for the game.. What we had in mind now.. is User can play with Ai or two players... with a choice of choosing 3,5 or 7 marbles to play with. If you guys can provide us your feedback on what you would like to be integrated in to this game: such as Network gaming with other friends? (hehe may be next stage ) anyway.. we welcome all your feedbacks.. Just show you some preview.. Please.. we just need your support.. This post has been edited by rojak.me: Jun 8 2011, 12:03 PM

QUOTE(wannabe1988 @ Jun 7 2011, 05:35 PM) haha super like it's nice to see Malaysian team to come up with something that is of our own. Anyway, if you guys have the resources and skill to make it, why don't in the future try something like the gothere.sg apps on iphone? it's a map exclusively for Singapore but I can't see why Malaysia can't do the same. It's a sign of a developed country Yes... are planning on other projects.. for this congkak games we just a try some meaningful Malaysia Content games .. We are working this project by our own free time.. We are now full time in to this iphone development.. so we just hope that all People who view this section will just give us the support for our effort by liking our FACEBOOK page, or share with your friends and give us the opportunities. We give this game for free, we just need your support... For something like gothere.sg in Malaysia i think it will take longer time to develop and the storage for the photos is a big investment.. IF we have government support for the development then is a different story.. For the time been.. we just do what we are able to and we can give, for the fun to develop something interesting... QUOTE(neome @ Jun 8 2011, 02:54 PM) Well, while ur intention is really good that is to introduce our heritage to the world but its kinda easy to miss the whole purpose of these traditional games.. if u really think about it the actual fun of these games begins right fr the process of making for instance the batu seremban itself.. ie u and ur frens walking around the kampung looking for suitable tiny pebbles, then hand-sewn it into small left overs cotton cloth fr the materials used to sew baju kurung and then only u and ur frens will start playing.. the same goes for playing kite/wau.. the fun is actually in making the kite/wau itself, choosing the right material so that it will fly and so on.. I bet this is the hardest part to translate it into the virtual world..but hey, its a good start anyway...just my 2 cents.. Yes i do agree with what you said.. but when all the modern technology like (Xbox, Playstation, iphone..) all the younger generation will not have to opportunity to play these traditional games anymore.. we just want to create a traditional game on modern platform.. which also educate younger generation.. When we were young alot of things are fun with friends while making Kite/wau, batu seremban.. this is how we have the opportunities to get the know how to make it..

We developed an event headcount apps for all social gathering events. Our objective is the capture the total number of attendance and support by user locations. If the user are around the event location then they will be able to attend it.. We try to use it for Bersih 3.0 but for the lack of marketing we cant really spread the news out in mass.. We put alot of afford in developed this apps with all custom interface.. but we didnt received any support from Local user.. Although this is a free apps. but we notice from the 2 apps we developed.. Malaysian always lack of unity and supportive to local apps development.. EVEN these apps is for FREE... If this continue to be like that.. all those who are talented and capable will not be notice by international players... Unlike Indonesia/singapore.. their apps development market had been growing and even those apps they developed are not up to par.. but their local user will at least download it and try it out.. Although our government have all the initiative/grant in MSC but they always will not favor those who are capable of. We hope in the near future we as MALAYSIAN will support Malaysia-Made apps or other development, this will only build our country reputation in the international market.. http://itunes.apple.com/my/app/ocupy/id509310644?mt=8
