Hi, developers.

Have a question here. For those who are interested iPhone/iPad development and wanted to have a try, do we still have to fork out USD99 just to be able to download the SDK. I went over to Apple's developers site and could not find a way to just download it without an Apple ID. Is this true? However, I read somewhere that there is a free version that only allows to be ran on an emulator (and of course cannot sell on app store). Does this still apply with iOS SDK 4.1?
