Noob question:

Aside from jailbreak phones,
Is it possible to develope and deploy iphone apps via appstore
without apple hardware... I'm refering to the keychains part, and after signing up for the USD99/year program?

Has anyone got advice on this?
I checked airplay... not so straight forward also
