Trying to apply for Apple Dev Program but when I faxed over my company's cert they replied telling me that it's not what they wanted. What I sent over was the Sijil Pendaftaran, and besides that I only have the Extract of Registration of Business Name and The Business, Professions and Trading Licensing Ordinance.

Can anyone help?
