hi all...i m currently starting on with lead guitar...can any1 recommend some songs with simple solo ? i wish to improve my solo n picking..thx!

Sunshine of Your Love- Cream / I Love Rock N' Roll- Joan Jett & Black Hearts . I started out to practise my hearing with this two simple songs. Try it out , listen to the songs and try to play it on your guitar .

i would suggest With Arms Wide Open cos its the most simplest solo IMO.....or even Incubus - Drive

My first solo i learned was from Hotel California acoustic version cos that time had no electric guitar....hahahah

The solo is pretty slow and easy.
