Thanks for taking the time to write
Just trying to see what I can do to improve mine. Not sure if I'm planning my meals right, eating the wrong stuff, at the wrong intervals. Man! Hard.
And I agree too! The grocery shopping is awesome =D

I'm trying to follow the Fit For Life programme. Having trouble with the binge eating/emotional eating junk. BUT. Bombarded on all sides on things to think about. Exercise so yr body's on a constant burning mode, or eat less, BUT i need to boost my metabolism. Some say to follow a metabolism spiking programme, or a water thing & meal timing, or juices...or all fruits... So, I did the fruits thing for a week & counted my calories (1050 to lose apparently, but it seems that LOADS man! if counted in fruits I'm a little headached as to how to effectively lose weight. The last time I did it I had to feel hungry, then drink water to curb it, & have 2 fruits a day THEN i could feel my body losing weight. But apparently you won't be able to keep it off so I want to do it right this time. Most importantly...I don't want to stop eating healthy. Heh! SOOO yeah. Perplexed!!! -------------- Haha forgot to reply yr questions! Cupcakes? Not much testing. But when I do 2 or 3 cups cos I think "Arr I've failed!". I like desserts, granola, cereal, and fruits..and fried food, occasionally but I control most times. But the prob is the whole binging thang. Eating habits are not eating rice/bread, more fruits & veg & some meat. But Portions are my trouble as I've mentioned....for all my eating healthy, then I get tempted (this happens when I get back from work at whatevers yummy on the table...I try to have selfcontrol.......) then die. Again the "arr I've failed try tomorrow" syndrome comes in. Its hard for me to keep a clean slate, unless I have proper meals. so I'm trying to figure what to eat. Thanks Sky.Live! haha yeah it totally conflicts though with this healthy perspective I'm trying to build. I'm trying to follow and maybe be the first in malaysia to make healthy cupcakes and desserts, as per Babycakes NYC! they use agave nectar etc etc none of the BS sweeteners that aren't considered sugar. Heh. At least you knwo what you're eating as a treat isn't totally awful!
Well my bro told me to quit baking and learn how to cook (LOL) so here i am. healthy food it shall be! I've been working out 1/2 hr running in the morn, and at night, and resistance + weights..and embarassing stuff like jumping in a triangle (I PROMISE YOU these workouts are greatttt, I could feel the strain on my body more than robotic running, yknow? Thanks for your help Myremy! Questions again: do you feel full after eating yr portion of protein veg & complex carbs? You take that 3 times a day & 2 snacks of biscuit/fruit right? =) Or rather, how do you psyche yourself to feel full? Water? How do you eat out/what do you do when you've got no choice? DO YOU EVER FEEL TEMPTED!?!?!? Thanks!!!!! I really want to work this out! And I'll letcha'll know how the progress of losing the 6kg to be modelesque weight will turn out. It's a journey isn't it! |

Hello hello! I am planning to buy agave nectar in bulk. RM17.50 for 450g. From RM24.50 per 450g. U want to wait for that? I have to buy in 30, min. So iffffffy iff u've got anyone in KL...............
Anyone else ah up for trying this agave nectar? its got a lower GI register, so ur blood sugar doesnt SPIKE like normal sugar does. I've been trying to find the bad effects of it, and so far...none, other than that it is of course a fructose. Now Myremi I edited the post to type u a longer reply, but comp din let it go thru so I had to shut it off and run some errands. So anyway! I have been having probs with portion control. Like willpower woes. I'm reading Ray Strand's GI book now n apparently i have a carb/sugar addiction, so maybe i'll try his books stuff n see. Im paranoid of eating too much, esp when i'm SUPPOSED to, but i end up eatin way too much after having self control for the past day, or 2 days, or even half day =P Its depressing. I wonder really what to do with myself. BTW the babycakes cookbook, wait for it to come out first, then go thru it on googlebooks! n see if thats really waht u want. im gonna do that too! thru THAT, ive discovered a recipe book i want relaly badly: EVERYDAY RAW by matthew kenney! i'm going to try his ice cream recipe. oh goodness i should stay away from sugar! i forgot. haha! but here u go: http://books.google.com.my/books?id=_uCLzL...result&resnum=5 |
