You should use WVGA since X1's screen is WVGA. smile.gif

Is R3A ROM going to include WM6.5?
*
Quite impossible really because I believe WM6.5 is going to be released by the end of this year. R3A should be available soon.

Yes, you will, mate. But you can back it up on outlook or you can use an application such as SPB backup, Sprite backup or Resco backup. smile.gif

So far so good on mine. It's the official one this time. Not the BETA version anymore. You can download it from your X1. Just click on "more panels", and it'll be there.

No problem, bro.

By the way, the new notification manager and the fix for facebook can be installed via cabs if you don't want to update to Touch-IT v7.1. smile.gif

Added on April 19, 2009, 3:17 pmJust flashed to Touch-IT V7.1. Seems like there's a bug in it. If you press an SMS in the Messaging tab, TouchFlo will restart itself. If you install the facebook fix.cab on V7, the same thing happens.

whats the price tag?

is the camera same as other sony 3.2 mp or is it better equip?
thanks
*
The price for original is around RM2500, I believe. For AP is RM2000 like that.

The camera is quite impressive during daylight but don't expect too much in dark environments. smile.gif

I'm using the camera method to see the dead pixels. I noticed one while rebooting my phone last night. After trying the camera method, there seems to be 2 of it. Damn.

It doesn't seem to be white though. Looks a bit green. So, it might be a stuck pixel.

Download the file I attached, extract it and copy the "contactutility.dll" file to Windows folder on your Xperia using Resco File Explorer or TotalCommander.

Cheers.

1 noob question..im abt to flash my xperia..wut application can i use to restore/backup all my contacts/msgs/calendars/files?
*
I usually use SPB Backup but you have to pay for it. If you want it for free, you can look for PPCPimBackup.

Edit:
Woops, rkwan posted a bit earlier than I did. tongue.gif

When you do have a message and try to click on the center to open the message, TouchFlo will restart by itself. You will need to download the file I attached and copy it to /Windows.

I use SPB Backup to backup the PIM, messages, emails, and some application files. I feel that SPB backup is much safer.

I'm not too sure about the activesync though.

Are you using the normal file explorer? If not, then I guess you're using TotalCommander. But I usually use Resco to copy files to the Windows directory. You don't need to delete it. Just overwrite it.

Hmm, seems like using TotalCommander won't let you copy files into the Windows directory. I think you will need to install the Resco File Explorer to copy it. smile.gif
