 Avi codec update, how big the file will be?

Guys i want to update my avi playable codec for xbox360. since home got no internet access planin to update through DIgi Edge. so i need to know how big the codec file will be downloaded for update process..

This update should be included in NXE right? IIRC, a few recent games has NXE in the game disc, you can update to NXE with it.

nope...divx codec are download separately need LIVE.

Is there anyway for me to download & install it offline (ie, from usb etc)? My xbox no internet connection, but would like to be able to play divx and stuff

You need to sign-on to LIVE first. If your X360 don’t have NXE yet, it will update first. I’m also using DiGi EDGE. It will take around 1 hour. Then try to play avi or mp4 file & your console will attempt update codec. Select yes & it will install in few minutes. If you are already update codec before NXE update, you need to re-download codec back after NXE installed since it will lose.

Ah, crap.

Oh well, gotta say, I still love NXE's install games ability. Mass Effect is sooo much smoother with it.
