You should never trust newly created eBay members. To many con case there. That why I stop buying there already.

Capture the screen and save all details including your ebay inbox for this transaction as it will deleted after certain time.

When I open the item page I know already, this got something funny.

Some good to learn and study, before continue paying, please do search name bank account, phone number, and other information given by seller if associated with conning...
Do using all search engine if possible since not all search engine giving same search result...

What can i do to help more people from being conned?

I was conned too. He said his name is Tan Kwan Sin, but i doubt it. According to the account he gave me, his account is in Genting Highlands. However, when i called up Maxis, they said his handphone number is from KL. Details are as follows:

It souldnt be hard to nab him, cause when i called him he leads a decent freelance lifestyle. No specific workplace, always hanging around. How do I know? Cause once the background was near a mosque, the other time was in a car, traffic jam, once more was in his house. So if anyone is willing to hire a private investigator, please group all the victims and we will chip in some money. I really feel like asking him to eat my dog's shit!!!

i called him up and told him i had filed a report and all...he started laughing and said that i cant do anything as the account number is different from his name...did u file a report?

Thats the same handphone number he used to con me..only he gave me different bank account details....he told me he was located in johor but at that time he was in perak...

The same guy who conned mickyt500, did the same with me too. And not just me he's still doing it with different IDs on ebay and maybe on some other website as well.

We all have to unite and find this *******, otherwise more will be cheated. Using his phone number he can be tracked down, but we don't have authority to do so. Only some investigation officers can do that. Don't wait for the police to respond, they hardly take these matters seriously as far as know. There are private investigators who can be hired, but off course we have to pay.

If all of us do it together, we might be able to find him. But again there is very little chance, so let's just hope for the best.

And from now on, never trust anyone on ebay or any other website. It's all bullshit...

maredia...im in...PM me the details on the private investigator...we need to bring justice ourselves....Many people have already being conned by this rascal.....we have to try as much as possible to protect future victims...

come up with a sum of $$ and get some bouncers to go wack him ... wack one time not enough, then get a hitman and finish the bugger off ... i believe if it was up to me doing the laws and regulations, all fraudster and conman are to be treated the same as murderers , rapists and terrorists ... death sentences ...
