Damn what a bad luck today! some a55hole from securiforce banged on my car today from behind during the freaking jam. now i can't go to DCIM tomorrow as my car is not in a good shape. so sad

guys should i get the tamron 1750? i need something to replace my kitlens. well, if the CZ is around 1.7k then i'll get it but fat chance right?

signither: thx bro. i bought it for RM3200 plus they give away a sony 4gb CF too. so i think it's quite cheap. btw, right now there's no stock for it at Sg Wang coz been going all the camera shops there asking for it. luckily i got it at Lowyat.



btw, for A700 users, I've downloaded the firmware ver. 4 but i've a question to ask. Should i turn off both the Long exp. NR and High ISO NR?

yup2. i think that's the standard price. btw, i'm still using my 55200 coz i wanna fund for a better lens to tackle the wide to standard areas.

yup. i was looking for around that price but ALL the shops at Sg. Wang is out of stock for it. there's 1 shop who wanted to sell it for rm3250 (after nego) but luckily i went for a last scouting at Lowyat and got a better price.

albnok: thx bro. yup i did some sharpening on it coz it's a bit soft. guess it's a big mistake then.

btw, i'm using firmware 4 with NR off

albnok: thx for the tips. actually, i just pull the red channel on the curves. smart blur eh? never thought of doing it coz i'm busy worrying about the sharpening . need to familiarize more with the high ISO thing.

im using photoshop cs3 for all my photo editing. so the sharpening is done in photoshop. Smart sharpening of course.
