is the flip lcd really useful? and live picture taking?

really useful

- help in difficult angle like low and high angle
-very useful when shooting using tripod eg. foreworks shooting
-helping u to determine about the exposure and the white balance live while u toggling the setting

but i still use a200..cheap and and i dont like a bulky LCD screen, kacau my eyes on the OVF!

get the single kit first ... then later u can always search for 2nd hand tele ...

well.. a300 feature will live view..
for me is like digital camera
i think using DSLR catch photo still need to use stick your eye on view finder..
ini baru ada feel~

for me... personally... yes...
furthermore easier to pass around my camera so other user can easily took my picture..

dont bother about the weight too much, because high end lens will weigh 0.9kg-1.3kg..thats the power of DSLR..the leight can be assumed equal for both model..

i consult with few pro in DSLR field before..is depend on user (how demand u need for that 2nd lens)
lens u can always purchase another one which is more better or more cheaper
well..i go for single lens+flash(i like to shoot indoor picture) future might upgrade lens~for sure

i tell u, live view is gonna be the norm of every DSLR soon lah.. go get A300 and u wont regret..
