Hey guys....

im new around here....and i found this great site..and i really need some help...

ok the story goes like this.....

my friend in california is shipping a motherboard (ASUS P5NE-SLI ) to me (i live in india).....and he aldready paid 60$ over there for shipping it... and now i find out that there are "duty" taxes imposed on goods....

ad i dont got NO cash at all ......so i cant pay for any sort of duty tax....but i saw in certain other places that duty taxes are not imposed if all tags are removed and if the goods are used..in this case it is used and there are no tags....soo will duty tax be imposed on this mobo or......if they are imposed..approximately how much tax will be imposed??


please reply....i need help

We are not in India and I don't think someone have idea about India taxes. You should contact your customs department for details.

You need to contact customs from India about the taxes and such. Why are you asking here? This is MALAYSIA
