coz i dun like use my cash. cash for wedding. will affect my wedding plan

If i am not wrong, I maybe wrong, you will need the S n P to apply for epf to pay for your house 10%, in order to get the S N P, upfront payment has to be made.

What you can do is, mark up your house price with the agreement of the seller, apply for more loan, and u wll get back the extra cash, then u can use them for your wedding, or any other things you need.
