Yes, those are wire bind.
However, Fellowes wire binder only can take in wire but not plastic coil.

NOTICed that your wire spines are aavailable up to 17mm only..is there a restriction by this three models tht can only accept up to 17mm wire spines?
or is there any no >17mm spine out there?":

Those 3 models can only accept wire spine up to 14mm only.
I just check with other brand, most accept spine up to 14mm only, maybe there are bigger machine that accept bigger wire spine which I'm unheard off.
If you need thicker bind, you can consider comb bind.
