Actually, the EMG81 is more versatile then you might think. Blues and Jazz pieces in the Neck Position sounds nice and warm.

There shouldn't be any problems, but double check to see if there is room for the 9V battery.

If no room, you'll have to go with a Passive pickup.

Installation of a pickup is around RM50 for a humbucker.

But do remember, if you're installing an active humbucker, all the rest of your pickups MUST BE actives.... It's a pot issue. You CAN install both actives/passives together, but requires quite abit of innovative wiring work to your switch.

I checked out the SA guitars. I'm sure there's enough room near the tone pots for a battery.
